How I reversed pre-diabetes


Experiencing fertility issues at the age of 30, I was shocked to be diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and pre-diabetes.  

It turns out my 'healthy food choices'  were anything but, so I started educating myself.    After a long journey and a complete overhaul of my diet, I managed to reverse my condition.


Motherhood & Mid-life took their toll...


A decade and three children later, motherhood and mid-life had me feeling crappy... more weight gain, fatigue and daily migraines for two years...

Concerned for my health and worried I might not be able to enjoy my favourite foods anymore, I decided to study Nutrition so that I could learn how to use food as medicine to make me feel better, whilst still enjoying exciting meals. 

I am now a certified Nutrition Coach, having studied for a Diploma in Applied Nutrition at Sano School of Culinary Medicine as well as a Diploma in Gut Health. 

Using my own whole-foods recipes, I'm now 2 stone lighter, full of energy (mostly!) and symptom free!  I'm also an Ambassador for the Real Food Campaign UK.



How I started Love's Kitchen


Love's Kitchen started with friends wanting to learn how to make my recipes.   I started teaching cookery and studied nutrition to help with recipe creation and meal planning. 

With 20+ years experience as a Personal Development Coach and Trainer it made sense to combine my skills with my passion for food and cookery.   

I launched Love's Kitchen in 2018 and started out working one to one with private clients before holding a series of sell-out cookery workshops and going on a 'research' trip to Bali!   

When Covid-19 happened, I launched my 8 Week Group Program 'The REAL FOOD RESET'  so that I could continue to help more people eat well.

As a complete foodie I don't compromise on flavour and it is my mission to Make Healthy Delicious!
