How I reversed pre-diabetes

Experiencing fertility issues at the age of 30, I was shocked to be diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and pre-diabetes.  

It turns out my 'healthy food choices'  were anything but, so I started educating myself.    After a long journey and a complete overhaul of my diet, I managed to reverse my condition.

I cleaned up my diet for good!

A decade and three children later, motherhood and mid-life had taken a toll - more weight gain, fatigue and daily migraines for two years... Concerned for my health and worried I might have to eat boring 'health' food for the rest of my life, I decided to study Nutrition so that I could learn how to use food as medicine to make me feel better. 

I am now a certified Nutrition Coach, having studied for a Diploma in Applied Nutrition at Sano School of Culinary Medicine.   

Using my own whole-foods recipes, I'm now 2 stone lighter, full of energy (mostly!) and symptom free!

Love's Kitchen started by accident, with friends wanting to learn how to make my healthy recipes.   With my experience as a Personal Development Coach and Trainer it made sense to combine my skills with my passion for cookery.   

I launched Love's Kitchen in 2018 and began working with private clients and doing sell-out cookery workshops.

I now run an amazing 8 week group program the REAL FOOD RESET for others wanting to improve their health by moving towards a whole-foods lifestyle.

As a foodie I'm not prepared  to compromise on flavour.    Which is why it's my mission to MAKE HEALTHY DELICIOUS!
