Meal plans come complete with:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack options every day for 2 weeks.
- Itemised shopping lists.
- Detailed recipes with notes on substitutions, tweaks and shortcuts.
- Meal Prep instructions.
- Nutritional values.
Simply order the 2 week meal plan, complete my detailed food and lifestyle questionnaire and then I get to work creating your recipes for you. This may involve us having a short conversation over face-time to make sure that I fully understand your needs.
