Food that will heal and nourish and reduce inflammation. Things like Carrots, potatoes, spinach, apples, bananas, beans, lentils, rice... all easy to get hold of and affordable.
For the duration of the 8 weeks we will be excluding foods that are known to trigger the inflammatory response, this includes cutting out meat and dairy. If you think you might struggle with this, I have strategies to make it easier to deal with and it is only for the duration of the program.
I have a health condition/ Food Intolerance issues
Most of my private clients have some sort of food intolerance issues. When you join the program, just let me know what your specific issues are and I will make sure to provide suitable suggestions for you.
I've come across pretty much everything and have solutions for everyone, whether you are low fodmap, gluten free, nightshade free, AIP....
It's rare for people doing the reset NOT to have digestive issues. One of the main reasons for doing the reset is to give your digestive system a chance to heal so learning about gut health is also part of the program.
Always seek the advice of your GP before starting any eating plan. You can tell them that this plan is a whole-foods plant-based program, focusing on nutrient dense meals.

Will I lose weight?
Healthy eating is not all about weight loss!
Eat to nourish your body and your body will eventually find its natural weight. Having said that, part of the program includes a session on weight management, the psychology of eating and mindful food practices.
If you need to lose weight, I suggest starting with this plan to make the important fundamental changes first.
I will be eating out a lot for work, can I still do this?
Yes! included in the program is my Eating Out guide which tells you everything you need to know.
I hate cooking / Can't cook / Don't have time to cook!
I'm very aware that not everyone loves spending hours in the kitchen like I do!
You can select your meals based on how quick/easy they are to prepare and I'll also be showing you how to meal-prep like a boss to save you a heap of time during the week. If you can't cook at all, you can still take part but you might benefit from one of my cookery basics sessions, contact me for more info.

There's a lot of in-built support as part of this group program, however if you think you would benefit from one to one Nutrition Coaching, you can book these 30 minute sessions at a reduced rate when you sign up for the reset program.
