Chocolate Breakfast Oats
Love's Kitchen by Michele
50g porridge oats
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp chia seeds
200ml milk of choice
2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
1 large dollop of nut butter
Berries and more nut butter to serve (optional)
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Combine the wet with the dry, mixing well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. The chia seeds and oats will soak up a lot of the liquid and soften during this time.
To serve, stir again and add fresh berries and nut butter as a topping...
